Kodera Laboratory
Semiconductor quantum devices and quantum computing.
Research
We investigate the physics of semiconductor quantum devices and develop the fabrication, measurement and control technologies needed to connect them into larger systems.
Our work brings together nanofabrication, experiments at cryogenic temperatures, radio-frequency electronics and device integration.

Laboratory information
Semiconductor quantum technologies
Silicon and germanium quantum dots, spin readout, noise, automated tuning and cryogenic integration.
Papers and presentations
Journal articles and international conference contributions, organized by year.
People and facilities
Faculty, research staff and experimental facilities.
Affiliation
Kodera Laboratory is part of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, School of Engineering, Institute of Science Tokyo, at the Ookayama Campus in Tokyo. We pursue both fundamental device physics and engineering for semiconductor quantum computing, working with collaborators in Japan and overseas.
